1. Acceptance
By using wewritecode.co.za you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our Services
We provide software development, web design, and automation services to South African businesses. All project terms, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all code and assets we create for you. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.
4. Limitation of Liability
We Write Code is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of software we build, beyond the value of the contract under which it was delivered.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
